Grant Cramer (born November 10, 1961) is an actor who played Mike Tobacco in the film.
Cramer back in 2013 claimed that he was going to return in the movie's sequel The Return of the Killer Klowns from Outer Space but wouldn't be the protagonist again. However, the sequel has not yet entered production.
